About Me
My name is Edgar Morales, I am currently employed by a fairly large Information Technology Consulting firm in Orlando Florida. My current jobs duties are focused primarily on supporting and maintaining our companies VMware ESX Infrastructure.
I haven't always been the "Computer Guy", before getting in the IT Field 7 years ago I was serving my country proudly in the United States Air Force. After 5 years of service I decided it was time for a change and choose to separate and get back into school.
Over the years I would say I have become very well rounded in a subset of technologies but I would not say I am an “Expert” in one particular area. However, I would say I have a solid foundation in quite a few areas to include various Microsoft Suites (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, SCOM), VMware (ESX, vSphere), NetApp SAN/NAS Storage arrays, and Cisco hardware. I am currently certified in various Microsoft Products as well as VMware (VCP 3 and 4).
